Just slip the forklift attachments for lifting into this adapter and attach the provided safety retention chains from the bulkhead eye to the two top eyes of the adapter.

The design of this forklift hook attachment is comprised of a A514 steel lift eye with two A36 3-1/4” by 9-1/4” rectangular tubes. A three inch diameter lifting eye is positioned at a 24” load center of this forklift rigging attachment that can be used in conjunction with other rigging to connect a Kenco Pipe Lift, Barrier Lift, Multilift or other forklift crane attachment.

The standard forklift attachments for lifting are available in a 12,000 lb and 20,000 lb capacity. The Low Overhead adapter is available in an 8,000 lb capacity.
